2. Services Description
Spanish SEO Services provides search engine optimization consulting, including keyword research, technical SEO audits, content strategy, link building, and local SEO for Spanish-speaking markets. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. No Ranking Guarantees
Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.). While we apply industry best practices and proven methodologies, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Past performance referenced in case studies does not guarantee future results.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to website backends, analytics, and search console accounts
- Implement recommended technical changes within agreed timelines
- Review and approve content before publication
- Refrain from engaging in black-hat SEO practices that could harm shared work
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and design elements—is the property of Spanish SEO Services and protected by applicable copyright law. Deliverables created under paid engagements transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, analytics data, and strategic plans shared during the engagement. We will not disclose client names or performance data in marketing materials without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Spanish SEO Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client receives all completed deliverables and work-in-progress documentation. Prepaid fees for undelivered services are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
